HEALTHY HAMPTONS: 7 WORKOUTS FOR YOUR BEST SUMMER BOD




Summer sun is out and beach trips are on the horizon. Now, it doesn’t matter your shape or size, because it’s really all about finding that confidence to fit into that bikini.

We can't wait to dive on into these awesome workouts offered all throughout the Hamptons. So scroll, scroll, scroll!

1. Montauk: Paddle Diva

If your a chat while you workout kind of girl or guy, then Paddle Diva is for you. SUP (Stand Up Paddle boarding) is a great way to hang with the squad while also working on your arm and core strength.

2. Bridgehampton: Physique 57

These ladies know how to target all those tough spots. This is a tough workout! It uses your own body weight for resistance the occasional weights and mat for stretching. If you're looking to tone those muscles and get a calorie burn that will extend way past your workout, then this is the class for you!

3. Watermill: Tracy Anderson Studio

At 43 years old Gwyneth Paltrow is a walking, talking testament for the Tracy method. Get your derriere to her studio to experience her techniques for transforming your bod.

4. Easthampton: Soulchallenges at Soul Cycle


These special 90 minute sessions will have you speed cycling to beats you can't resist, while you’re sweating like crazy.  Adding this one class a week will have a tremendous effect on your overall fitness level.

5. Amagansett: Mandala Yoga


Yoga studios come and go, but Mandala has been in business for quite some time, which speaks to its excellent instructors and classes. Come stretch your limbs, practice your inversions, and sweat it out before hitting the beach.

6. Southampton: AKT InMotion 




Anna Kaiser, founder of AKT inMotion and trainer to stars like SJP and Shakira, focuses on designing classes that constantly change and evolve. So if you're one of those people who constantly get bored at the gym, then this class is for you!

7. Water Mill: SLT


SLT is an acronym for fitness buffs three favorite words:

8. Extra Credit! Montauk: Breathe & Brew
What's better than free yoga and a pint at Montauk Brewing Co? I can't think of a single thing more relaxing. Come stop on by every Saturday. Yoga classes are held right at the brewery!
