Arboretum Grounds Tours
Public and private outdoor tours of the Arboretum grounds in the Spring, Summer and Fall are available (weather permitting). For private grounds tours (i.e. – Boy Scout Troops etc.), advanced notice for requests is necessary and the fee is $25.00 per group. But, if you want to take a tour on your own that's fine too!
House Tours
Tours of the Manor House are scheduled seasonally and provide a guided look at the major living spaces of the Manor House, both upstairs and down. All house tours are $10.00 per person.
The Hidden Oak Cafe is located inside the Manor House, offering a varied menu of freshly prepared foods including sandwiches, quiche, soups, pies and other desserts. They also serve a “Victorian Tea” complete with finger sandwiches, scones, and fresh pots of tea and catering. All Victorian Tea reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to allow for preparation. The telephone number to contact the Cafe is 631-277-3895.
The lawn is perfect for taking in the sunshine and many people were sunning and working on their tan, plus there is a place to dock your boat, fish, or kayak!
