Car Ride & Pub: Comfy is a must, and we love baseball hats to keep our heads warm. From New York, Vermont is 7 hours away. Think about the car ride and dress with this in mind!
Brew Tours: Beer drinking, outdoors, indoors, outdoors...indoor again. You need to be comfortable and ready for the cool weather. You also don't want to be over dressed. The locals will laugh, and you'll be upset when someone accidentally spills a beer on you.
Church St. Market Place: Cute shops line these cobblestone streets only open to pedestrians. Cute shops, and shopping call for an outfit with a little more thought.
Dinner w/ Friends: We had a great dinner with friends at Farmhouse Restaurant. The bar downstairs was cedar and dark, and I felt like I was back in Colorado. Wear your dressiest winter wear like our pick of the Stella McCartney metallic ribbed cotton cardigan.

We did a lot of walking, taking in the sights, and touring breweries. It was the perfect mix of guy and girl fun, so Brian and I had an amazing time. They do say Vermont is for lovers, and I can tell you I fell it love with Vermont's kitschy Main Streets, green attitude, snow scenes, friendly people, and hoppy beers.
