The Health Issue: Day#7, #8, & #9 of the D&R 10 Day Fitness Challenge

How are you doing? We are reaching the home stretch here so I have three cardio routines that you can try! I am a big fan and believer of interval training and if you're looking for a way to slim down, and tone up lean muscle, then this is the way to do it!
Remember to adjust the speed, interval, and time to fit your needs, but try to push yourself a little further each day!

Dusk & Rubies loves, what we call, "the chorus method". Every time you hear the chorus in the music you're listening to while working out bump up the speed, or the interval while doing cardio! It is a great way to easily add interval training into your routine!
